📝 Rental Agreement
By booking with PDX Budget Bounce, you agree to these terms. A signed waiver is required before setup on the day of your event.
⏰ Rental Period
All rentals include delivery, setup, takedown, and 6 hours of playtime. Latest pickup is 9:00 PM. Need more time? Contact us for extended hour pricing.
💳 Payment & Deposits
Full payment is due at the time of booking via Stripe. We accept all major credit cards. No hidden fees.
❌ Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your event for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours will forfeit the payment. Rain reschedules are always free — just pick a new date!
⚠️ Safety & Supervision
An adult (18+) must supervise the bounce house at all times during use. Maximum occupancy and age guidelines must be followed. No shoes, sharp objects, or silly string allowed inside the unit.
🏠 Setup Requirements
We need a flat, clear area for setup. Please ensure the area is free of rocks, pet waste, and sharp objects. Access to a standard power outlet within 50 feet is required.
🛡️ Liability Waiver
The renter assumes all responsibility for injuries during use. A liability waiver must be signed by the renting adult before the bounce house is inflated. PDX Budget Bounce carries general liability insurance for all events.
🔧 Damage Policy
The renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. This includes punctures, tears, or stains caused during the rental period.
💦 Water Inflatable Rules
Water inflatables must be set up on grass or a flat, soft surface — never on concrete or asphalt. A standard garden hose and outdoor water spigot must be provided by the renter. Adult supervision is required at all times, especially around slides and splash pools. No running on wet surfaces around the inflatable. The renter is responsible for any water damage to their own property (lawn, driveway, etc.).
