Weather policy
In case of unsafe weather (rain, high winds above 15–20 mph, thunderstorms), PDX Budget Bounce reserves the right to cancel or reschedule. Customer will receive full refund for this case.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation from customer 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time. For cancellation request, please contact our email address directly.
Delivery and set up
We will deliver, set up, and remove equipments at the agreed location. Customer must provide a clean, level surface with adequate space and access. Electrical outlet (110V, standard household outlet) must be available near the setup area. If not, Customer must arrange for a generator. Extension cord will be provided by us if needed.
Waiver
A waiver form will need to be signed by one of the party organizer at least 18 years old at delivery. Please read through it below:
I understand and acknowledge that the activity to be engaged with the rental of an inflatable unit(s) interactive amusement device, bring with it both known and unanticipated risks to myself and/or guests and/or participators. Those risks include but are not limited to falling, slipping, crashing, and colliding and could result in injury, illness, emotional distress, death, or property damage to myself and my guests and/or participators.
By signing this waiver, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the bounce house, whether caused by myself, my children, guests, or any other participants.
I agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless PDX Budget Bounce, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the use of the bounce house, including those caused by negligence.
PDX Budget Bounce reserves the right not to perform outdoor engagements when, in PDX Budget Bounce’s judgment, weather conditions would be detrimental to the equipment and/or safety concerns for Renter. This includes but is not limited to wind, rain, or mud. A suitable indoor location should be reserved as an alternative site in the event of poor weather conditions.
Rules for users
1. All occupants remove their shoes before entering unit.
2. All occupants are assisted when entering and existing the unit.
3. Occupants are sorted by size. Only occupants of the same size should be allowed in the unit at the same time (for the protection of smaller event goers).
4. Occupants remove glasses and dangling jewelry.
5. No climbing, hanging or pulling on the nets, sides, top, or back of the units.
6. No roughhousing or horseplay in, on or around the unit.
7. You may only use steps to climb to the top of the slide, and only slide down feet first, one person at a time.
8. At any given time, Bouncer capacity of the occupants is never to exceed the maximum capacity listed in the website.
FOOD, DRINKS, CANDY, ANIMALS, SHOES, Silly String or SHARP OBJECTS are NOT allowed in the rentals at any time. The operator is responsible for ensuring that the size and number of persons entering the bounce house does not exceed the maximum. Rentals that are set up on hard surfaces such as concrete or asphalt must be closely watched to prevent their moving. If the equipment moves off the provided tarp, damage or staining may occur on the bottom of the unit.
If the renter chooses to deflate the equipment prior to the arrival of the pick-up attendant, it may need to be re-inflated before it is packed up. The unit will be inspected and before removal.
